About
About Me
My name is Amanda Lynette, and I am a Master Reiki Practitioner based in Minnesota. I am passionate about helping my clients find physical, mental, and spiritual peace through the power of energy healing. My work focuses on balancing and healing the body, mind, and soul to create a sense of harmony and well-being.

I discovered my love for Reiki in 2021 during my own healing journey. As I explored yoga, kickboxing, and meditation, Reiki stood out for its calming effect. It allowed me to clear my mind and relax my body in ways other practices couldn't. This experience sparked my passion for energy healing.

In 2022, I received my Reiki attunement from Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher Jill Thiel at the Minnesota Reiki Center. Inspired by the profound healing I experienced, I started Luckie Vibrations in February 2023 to share this gift with others.

Today, I am fully committed to my path as an energy healer. My mission is to help my clients reach their highest potential so they can live their lives to the fullest, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Understanding Reiki
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a holistic healing technique that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. It is based on the idea that there is an unseen life force energy that flows through all living things, and that this energy can be channeled to promote physical, mental, and emotional healing. Reiki practitioners use their hands to channel this energy and help their clients achieve a sense of peace and well-being.
A Brief History of Reiki
Reiki was developed by a Japanese Buddhist named Mikao Usui in the early 1900s. Usui was searching for a way to heal others and himself, and after years of study and meditation, he discovered a way to channel healing energy through his hands. Usui taught Reiki to others, and the practice eventually spread to the United States and other parts of the world.
Impact of Reiki Today
Today, Reiki is widely recognized as a complementary therapy that can help reduce stress, promote relaxation, and improve overall well-being. It is used in hospitals, hospices, and wellness centers around the world to help patients cope with physical and emotional pain, reduce anxiety and depression, and promote a sense of peace and calm. Reiki is non-invasive and can be used alongside other medical treatments.
Patients who receive Reiki often report feeling more relaxed and at peace, with a sense of greater physical and emotional balance. Reiki has also been shown to reduce the symptoms of conditions such as chronic pain, anxiety, and depression. The practice of Reiki can help patients tap into their own inner healing energy, and develop a greater sense of self-awareness and empowerment.
Overall, Reiki is a powerful and effective healing modality that can have a positive impact on patients' physical, mental, and emotional health.
